About

As Head of Production, Nairn’s principle role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and on spec. To this end Nairn defines our production process to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of our clients and accommodates the flexibility that is required of e3.

Nairn started his digital career at the BBC where he progressed to the role of Senior Digital Producer. Nairn worked across a range of digital platforms and technologies focusing on building and managing interactive television services and video content rich websites for flagship BBC programming.  Nairn was responsible mainly for entertainment related digital and video based offerings. These included large project deliveries for BBC Movies, BBC Entertainment, The Office, Dragons’ Den and The Apprentice amongst others. In 2007 left the BBC to work agency side for agencies such as Interesource, Global Beach and social media consultancy Made by Many. During this period, Nairn worked across many digital offerings including Lloyd’s of London, the Lawn Tennis Association, English National Opera and ITN Source.   

Since joining e3 Nairn has worked across many of e3’s clients, including Programme Manager across Civil Service Learning for the COI and the redevelopment of the Principality site. In 2011 Nairn was promoted to the role of Head of Production
