Caroline is the Business Development Director for Critical Mass in the UK and across Europe. She is tasked with growing the agency client base across the region. 

Prior to joining Critical Mass in November 2014, Caroline has spent over a decade in New Business helping to grow major London agencies, including Huge,  Lowe, Momentum, MCBD, M&C Saatchi, EHS Brann and Wunderman. 

Caroline is currently setting up the London chapter of Critical Mass Women (part of Omniwomen), having previously chaired the IPG Womens Leadership Network in the UK during her time at Momentum & Huge.
