Karen has over 20 years of office operations management experience.  She ensures internal policies and procedures are in place and followed; helping the company run smoothly and efficiently.  Karen loves to write stories, do anything ‘crafty’ and is trying to learn how to play the guitar (she has the bruised fingertips to prove it!).  Being a total softy where dogs are concerned, she loves to spend lots of time walking her 2 dogs.
