The City Visitor Trail App & Map enables users to explore London's famous Square Mile on foot through a series of fascinating routes, itineraries, personal insights and stories. From iconic landmarks to hidden gems, the City is a glorious maze of attractions, all within easy walking distance of each other. The app will help visitors and locals alike to discover over 40 major landmarks; from Tower Bridge, the world's most famous bridge and the imposing Monument, to historic St Bride's Church on Fleet Street - spiritual home of the media - and the delightful Guildhall Art Gallery, which houses both an outstanding collection of Victorian paintings and the remains of London's Roman Amphitheatre.

60 years of Bohemian Soho is brought vividly to life in this unique audio tour, narrated by veteran Soho entertainer Barry Cryer. Soho Stories knows where you are, what street you're on, and whispers its hedonistic history in your ear.

The Royal Shakespeare Company

Timeframe: Past

A lyrical journey between the Roundhouse and Hampstead Theatres, written by poet in residence Aoife Mannix and the residents of Camden. Inspired by Shakespeare's As You Like It, part of Royal Shakespeare Company Roundhouse season, Adelaide Road is an interactive project linking the RSC's work at the Roundhouse with its season of three world premieres at nearby Hampstead Theatre. A web-based map and iPhone application gives audiences around the world access to the project, as well as enabling a location specific interaction on Adelaide Road itself.

Battersea Power Station Development

The Heritage Trail will take you on a journey around Circus West Village, the first phase of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment. Journalist and broadcaster Jonathan Freedland will be your guide through the Power Station's history through the ages. The trail is an audio-lead experience, with transcripts and images at each location you'll visit triggered by GPS. We recommend experiencing it on location, or you can listen from home if you'd prefer.

Historic Royal Palaces

'The Lost Palace' is a visitor experience exploring the once magnificent Whitehall Palace. Beginning at Banqueting House, the only surviving building of what was once the largest palace in Europe, visitors will take to the streets of modern day Whitehall. Bespoke handheld devices, binaural 3D sound and haptic technology will guide visitors on a digital adventure to discover a hidden history.

The Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust

Smartphone users can now discover and explore the bridge with the Bridge Tales app. Available through Google Play and the App Store, the app has been created by film and media students from the University of the West of England who have developed new audio visual content about the bridge, its history, its surroundings and the people who used it.
