Iain has had substantial experience of operating people businesses over a number of years. His first taste of advertising was in the 1980s spending 5 years as financial controller in a regional group.

There then followed a stint as Company Secretary for a USM quoted training and recruitment company.

After spending time as a practice manager for a legal practice he returned to advertising in 1999 as Finance Director at BJL and becoming a part of the team that successfully completed an MBO in 2004.
