Dylan has been in the industry for over 25 years (winning lots of awards along the way), having worked at numerous agencies before setting up Big.

Dylan oversees all creative work that leaves the agency as well as continuing to produce creative work on a range of brands we work with.

He also makes the rest of us feel lazy – he was an England under 15 basketball player, is an ex-Leicester Riders premier league player and still plays locally.
