He oversees a team that specialises in a range of areas, including content, service design and platform development. They have been instrumental in leading the agency to win accolades such as Contagious Pioneer 2022 and Campaign’s UK and Global Digital Innovation Agency of the Year in 2020. Sol has led strategy for some of the world’s biggest brand campaigns on TikTok, from #BeatsDaisyChallenge the first music video to be made using user-generated content for Beats by Dr Dre to Vagina Academy the world’s first shame-free school of vagina health for Canesten.
