Neil is an experienced financial officer, with over 15 years’ experience working in the digital marketing and advertising sector for independent agency groups and start-ups. He works with the founders of businesses to help enable them to build a successful and profitable agency, sometimes leading to an external sale. Highly qualified with CA, CMA and MBA qualifications. Prior to joining AnalogFolk, Neil was Group Finance Director at Adam and Eve Group, where he built up the financial and commercial department and processes from scratch. Contributing towards rapid growth and eventually the sale of the company to DDB.
