I originally joined the team as an intern, and after getting my teeth stuck into everything the guys threw at me, I became indispensable and created a job for myself. Fast forward a few years and I’m now Senior Account Manager. My role at the factory is exactly what it says on the tin; I manage our projects and clients, including planning and reporting on what we do. I also plan everyones time and make sure we’re not just producing good work, but that we’re hitting it out of the park every single time. After all, someones got to keep this rowdy bunch in check! Whilst my role has developed, I have retained my love of marketing and PR and still play an active part in these aspects of what we do, including copywriting and social media. My real passion however is for PR. I get a fantastic buzz from seeing our clients getting the coverage they deserve, and will do whatever I can to get people talking about them.
